One of the issues that we are facing nowadays is the monitoring and maintaining the health of a person during adventures. The thing that person neglects is “breathing pattern and the oxygen content in their body” . With our device we can easily monitor the health of a person at any moment in whole day. The user suffers through the inaccuracy of the data in the result. But in this project after taking the reading (in every seconds) from user, the user itself is guided about how many seconds he/she needs to breath in and breath out to normalise the pulse rate
