KEY RESPONSIBILITY -

• Conceptualization of design & Feasibility study of the project as per Latest Norms, Calculation for the potential of the plot.
• Preparation of requirement analysis & design requirement program
• Preparation of concept design with the help Project Architect & consultant appointed on the project.
• Preparation of presentations for project design & proposals in Photoshop, Sketch up as per office standard.
• Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
• Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, PMC department and other Services Department.
• Worked on Residential, Commercial, master planning projects from schematic design to construction drawings and architectural details.
• Coordinated between client, contractor, and consultants including civil, structural, MEP, and ensure work progress as outlined by Project management team.
• Organizing the task, assigning task, getting the work done with team within stipulated timing & meeting the deadlines.
• Checking all the Submittals for the Project.
• Updating the Required drawings in the Construction Phase for clarification required by the Contractor.
• Coordination with Purchase team, Sales Team ,Legal team & EC Consultants as per requirement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination with Client and Design consultants for the information required to prepare BIM models, Design discrepancies report and generate drawings.
• Collaborated with Design consultant to convert information into layout designs, drawings and models using AutoCAD.
• Creating detailed drawings by using Revit.( Floor plans, Elevations, Sections, Staircase, Railing, Toilet, kitchen, Lobby, Typical details etc..)
