    Effect Of Gamma Rays On Structure, Function And Physicochemical Properties Of Soy Protein, D Y Patil School Of Biotechnology And Bioinformatics, Navi Mumbai, 02/2021, 07/2021, The project involved checking the parameters aforementioned in the title of soy protein before and after subjecting it to gamma irradiation treatment through various assessment methods like SDS PAGE, TPC, Amino Acid Analysis, DSC & SEM. This project was done to determine whether these treatments caused any positive changes to soy protein digestibility. Internship Report On Crunchy Coated Peanut Processing (Normal And Low Fat), D Y Patil School Of Biotechnology And Bioinformatics, Navi Mumbai, 05/2020, 08/2020, A detailed study of preparation of 'masala coated crunchy peanuts(normal fat)' and 'Chocolate coated crunchy peanuts(low fat)' was done explaining Raw materials, packaging materials and specifications of both. Four spices used were ginger, clove, turmeric and Oscimum sanctum, out of which the zone of inhibition on a plate with staphylococcus aureus was maximally observed in case of turmeric.
