Worked on integrated urban infrastructure and transportation projects, including the Integrated Urban Regeneration & Water Transportation System (as SPV) and Kochi Metro Rail Phase II (as Client). Responsibilities included Planning execution supervision of canal rejuvenation works such as sewerage treatment plants (STP), canal-oriented development (shore protection, walkways, bridges, roads, and jetties) for multiple canals. Also involved in the design review and planning of viaduct structures for Kochi Metro Phase II, specifically for piers P167 to P240 and two stations—Cochin SEZ and Chittethukara—including detailed coordination of pier caps and associated structural components

• Checked technical designs and drawings for adherence to standards.
• Facilitated coordination with subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and overseeing progress against completion deadlines.
• Managed on-site resources effectively, including personnel allocation, equipment utilization, and material storage to ensure smooth project progression with minimal downtime.
• Created work schedules and adjusted as needed to meet project deadlines and keep shifts properly staffed.
