
My background as a Civil engineer and a Construction Project Management professional has landed me in some pretty exciting job roles, transitioning my career into product development, product implementation and Customer Success. With humble beginnings as a site engineer and later on as a management trainee, I have worked with the best & one of the largest contractors in India only to sharpen my skills in project management & business development. With my unique set of skills, I was fortunate to land an opportunity with a disruptive startup, where I bridged the gap of a Technical expert & software product implementation consultant, introducing me to new skills such as Product Management and Customer Success. Within a year I had braved the transition to Product Management and Customer Success Roles. As exciting as it was, my quest for more challenges and professional development landed me with my present employer. I currently work at Katerra, one of the largest innovators in the construction domain globally. Initially hired as a Business Development Analyst for the Construction Management SaaS Platform, I was soon bestowed with the responsibility of Product Implementation and Customer Success for the SaaS Platform. With a never-ending drive to learn and develop a rewarding career in the field of digital products and customer experience, I look forward to opportunities that are even more unique and challenging.
Being promoted to this role, my responsibilities had grown multifold ranging from gathering and accessing Product requirements, analysis of customer success metrics, Product development use case documentation, market research and analytics.
