• Prepared the due diligence report and provided guidance for the completion of Conditions precedent and conditions subsequent for the buyout of entire shareholding by the Partner company of approximately Rs.32 crores through the issuance of Equity shares.
• Completed a dispute resolution of securities market intermediaries’ worth Rs. 70 Crores for India’s largest retail broking houses.
• Completed a Rs. 70 Crore M&A case involving a large Corporate.
• Extensively involved in drafting, vetting and review of tender documents floated by a service provider company inviting bids for procuring third party logistics services and drafting, and negotiating the definitive agreement subsequently executed by and between the parties.
• Completed Rs. 46 crore Arbitration dispute for a housing finance company.
• Drafted appeals filed in NCLAT, NCLT Delhi under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 for a renowned manufacturer & supplier of wide range of TMT Bars.
• Guided an International educational investment Company in investing funds and restructuring of the BOD of a reputed educational institution for investing approximately Rs. 12 crores.

• Guided several technology based start-ups through conducting trademark, design and patent search and filing of the same which included due diligence activities for the start-ups, filing relevant forms for the compliance of applicable laws, and completion of the conditions precedent and conditions subsequent as identified in the due diligence process and as agreed between the parties.
• Involved in vetting, and negotiations for technology license agreements, engineering and design services agreements etc. for companies with their international holding companies
• Completed filing and registration of patent for a food-tech based company manufacturing plant based dairy products.
