Managing a team of eight professionals at Nykaa, handling multiple backend services and domains, and ensuring that projects go live within a time frame.
Responsible for making QA cycles reliable and more predictable by daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Led the flawless testing and release of multiple backend services for Footlocker.co.in in India, and ensured seamless integration for the US-based brand.
Successfully tested and launched QuickCommerce (2-3 hour delivery), and automated the entire process to cut down sanity testing time.
Collaborated with the team to automate multiple services in Python, building a robust sanity suite that covered all APIs and their features, reducing sanity testing time from 1.5 days to just 1.5 hours.
Expertise in conducting performance runs with JMeter, analyzing key stats and reports to identify critical gaps, and optimize system performance.
Continuously improved QA processes, set up alerting and monitoring systems, refactored code, and enhanced overall release velocity, set up CI/CD pipelines, and introduced new tools and techniques to speed up the QA cycle.
Developed automated test scripts to enhance software quality and efficiency.
