• Research & Development:
  - Development of NMC Li-Ion Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for Stationary Applications.
  - Hands-on testing of pack, module, and rack levels for charging and discharging.
  - Studying and staying updated on lithium-ion battery technology and various battery chemistries.
  - Familiarity with Battery Safety standards.

• Technical Analysis and Project Planning:
  - Conducting load analysis and Battery Bank calculations.
  - Investigating electrolyzers, fuel cells, and new technologies in the renewable energy market.
  - Reviewing tenders related to Solar, Storage Systems, and Hydrogen.
  - Detailed analysis of power consumption, load patterns, and Open Access Power calculations.
  - Conducting feasibility studies for SPVs and energy storage projects.

• Project Execution and Management:
  - Experience in solar rooftop installations and Li-Ion Battery assembly at site level.
  - Knowledge of DC/AC cabling, connections for inverters, PCS systems, and module connections.
  - Preparing preliminary designs, technical documents, and tender submissions.
  - Installation, testing, and commissioning of Solar, Storage, and Hybrid Projects.
  - Providing backend support to the Business Development team for technical queries.
  - Supporting Site Engineers during SPV system installation, testing, and commissioning.

• Collaboration and Supplier Management:
  - Working closely with various suppliers to exchange insights on emerging technologies.
  - Conducting Technical Discussions with suppliers and subcontractors.
  - Verifying drawings, evaluating SPV systems, and providing technical specifications to the procurement team.
  - Engaging in meetings with clients, consultants, and external suppliers.
