My responsibility is leading package engineering activity for skid-mounted compressors. I develop technical documents, participate in customer and supplier meetings, coordinate a team of four CAD engineers, review 3D models and detailed engineering drawings, create design guidelines, and serve as a key user and trainer for Siemens NX and Teamcenter.

I have successfully completed 12 projects for client ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, and supported 8 projects as a reviewer.

Creatively apply lessons learned, and implement efficient solutions that prevent NCCs during project execution.

Actively participating in KOM with the client, design days, handover meeting, and 3D model review.

I have been in Germany for 6 months on a work visa and supported packaging activity in the Siemens Duisburg workshop.

I work as a Senior Design Engineer in Bus Body Design. Tata Technologies is a service-based company, and here I have supported the US bus manufacturer Gillig. My responsibility was to check customer requests for customization in the bus and provide a solution. Support NPD and concept design using the CAD tool Siemens NX and PLM Teamcenter.

• Worked on the Seat Belt Project, where we changed the bus body design to add a seat belt.
• Worked on the compact, top-mounted CNG bus model.
• Implementation of sensor, camera, in bus design.
• Enhanced product design efficiency by streamlining the design process and implementing advanced CAD software, Siemens NX. Previously, Gillig was using AutoCAD.
• Trained 28 colleagues for CAD software NX and the PLM tool Teamcenter.
• Created a bus dashboard in 3D using the surfacing tool in NX.

I was selected in a college campus interview and joined MAN Diesel and Turbo (now known as Everllence). Here, I received training for two-stroke engine components, CAD tool NX, and PLM tool Teamcenter.

My responsibility was to study the requirements and create a 3D model and drawing of the following component.

• Baseplate
• Engine piping.
• Platform
• Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU).

Created customer documents, like outline drawings, engine instrumentation documents.

• Worked on the development of LDCL (Load Dependent Cooling System) from concept to fully developed system. Created standard documentation for the designer.
• Supported the development of EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) and SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction).
• Created Excel tools for smart search and reference, technical guidelines, and a quality checklist.
• Optimized existing designs, reducing production costs and enhancing overall performance.

Overseas Experience (in Copenhagen, Denmark)

• 11-01 to 11-04-2014: Development of LDCL.
• 15-03 to 21-03-2015: development of instrumentation package.
• 06/25 to 09/03/2016: Engine Piping Project.
• 01-01 to 03-03-2018: Piping modeling for (LGI) Liquefied Gas Injection system.
