• Working with all carriers and co-loaders like MAERSK, SAFEMARINE, ANL, CMA-CGM, MSC, HAMBURG SUD, HAPAG LLOYD, OOCL, MOL, UASC, and CP WORLD.
• Handling both LCL & FCL shipments for the Australia, the UK, and Europe sectors.
• Arranging approval from overseas agent for every new nominated shipment.
• Filing shipping instructions, ACD, ENS, ISF, and VGM.
• MBL and House B/L drafting, sending for approval to shipper and agent.
• Sending updates for current and on-board confirmation to shipper and agent.
• Sending full set of pre-alert documents and debit note to overseas agents.
• Regular follow-up with shipping line for vessel schedules, container status, planning, on-board confirmation, and B/L release.
• Preparing Daily Status Report for Overseas Agents.

• Handling Customer Service & Sea Export Documentation.
• Master BL and House BL drafting, sending for approval to shipper and agent.
• Arranging GSP, Certificate of Origin, and Fumigation Certificate.
• Arranging to release Original, Seaway MBL, House Bill of Lading, and RFS B/L.
• Tracking all sea shipments and will update shipper, CHA.
