Project description: Macys.com & Bloomingdales.com are the flagship global E-Commerce sites of Macy's, Inc. (Fortune 500), which is the US store offering housewares, apparel, jewellery, and beauty products and includes online shopping.

Current activity involves the testing of e-commerce sites: macys.com and bloomingdales.com (on different platforms including smartphones and tablets).

Designing and Developing Effective Test Cases after every code release.

Involved in logging the defects, Defect Reporting and Tracking using Atlassian JIRA.

Involved in daily status meeting with onsite team.

Played the role of Test Lead and performed the below broad activities:

Ensure that organization processes are complied with while carrying out testing.

Communicate with project stakeholders to collect and define project scope and requirements.

Liaising with vendors and businesses to streamline the process.

Project description: HP Credit Services is used to process loan applications for a specific EDS Tenant (e.g. Westpac Bank, Australia, from the initial customer application through to Settlement. This is managed by progressing through different status levels for each application.

Loan Applications can range in complexity from a single applicant purchasing a home which will be used as the loan’s security, to multiple applicants / guarantors with combination loans (fixed / variable) and multiple securities (Property / Cash)

Responsibilities: -

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND MY ROLE, Excellerate HRO is the jointly owned HR outsourcing business of EDS and Towers Perrin. The company was created when EDS combined its technology and HR business process expertise with Towers Perrin's benefits administration and HR domain expertise.

Designing test cases on the basis of business and functional requirements.

Executing the functional and regression test cases.

Interacting with client on a daily basis through operational call.

Preparing weekly and daily status report.
