Foundry is equipped with High Pressure Moulding Line for Ductile Iron (SG Iron) Casting Production other than conventional moulding machines for Cast Iron production with automated Sand Plant and Induction Furnace and other automatic machine for Fettling process.
Having an experience of handling a Greenfield project for setting up New Foundry with High Pressure Moulding Line, Induction Furnace, Automated Sand Plant and other auxiliary equipments required for Foundry operations.
High end Experience in Manufacturing, Quality Management, Maintenance, Process Enhancement and Service Engineering.
Experience in minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with minimization of men, material & machine. Demonstrated abilities in controlling parameters pertaining to operational efficiency, material consumption, rejections, inventories, tools & consumables.
Successfully able to Lead, and become first foundry in country to implement TPM in shopfloor. SPRL awarded with TPM Special Award

A joint venture between Kalyani Group India and Teksid SPA, Italy ( Associated to Fiat Auto, Italy). Second largest producer of automobile component in the world of Grey Iron & Ductile/S.G.Iron. I was sponsored for a project in Foundry Process at Teksid Plant in CARMAGNOLA, ITALY. Handled specific task in Quality Assurance of Carmagnola plant concerning METROLOGY, NON DESTRUCTIVE TEST TECHNIQUES (ULTRASONIC, X-RAYS).

It is a 100% EOU and an associate of M/S R.B. AGGARWAL & CO. Calcutta, which is India’s largest exporter of Iron casting with export quantity exceeding 36K tons p.a. The unit at Goa is the manufacturer of Ductile Iron pipe fitting and Manhole covers.
