• Handling Export operations on daily basis.(Ocean cargo)
• Planning & Executing orders received from customers.
• Coordinating with Shipping lines & Freight forwarders for Bookings, SI submissions, Bill of Lading etc.
• Coordinating with Warehouses & Truckers to make sure all the containers are loaded & in gated inside port ontime.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for international trade transactions, including invoices, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Managing inventory levels by monitoring sales orders against stock availability.
• Maintain Purchase related activities on Oracle JD Edwards-ERP system.

• Creating daily MIS reports for our customers.
• Track & Trace In-transit vehicle movements for MIS report.
• Monitor First and Last Mile transportation operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Acting as SPOC between Distribution Centers (Hubs) & Vendors for coordination .
• Coordination with GPS vendors & internal stakeholders for resolving issues related to GPS installed in vehicles.
• Providing proactive information to customers in case of delays contingencies.
• Exception management as per defined escalation
