Taking care of procurement and supply chain of fabrication and mechanical items for the manufacturing of transformers up to 400 kV.
Taking care of the monthly purchasing of over 10 crores, and monthly and yearly, over 120 crores.
Also, with the effective cost savings of 8% on a yearly basis.
Procurement of components like transformer tanks, transformer frames, valves, gaskets, oil pumps, hardware and other fabricated components.
Managing over 70 vendor's coordination on a monthly basis and developing effective vendors as per QA approval procedures, while also eliminating existing quality and supply issue vendors by managing supply with alternate sourcing. Developing at least two vendors for each item to avoid supply failures.
