The system increases the company's competitiveness by reducing the turnaround time of the loan origination process.
  • Elicited SMART requirements by using elicitation techniques, and generated stories using Story Personas and Story Mapping.

  • Gathered requirements for automating and streamlining order processes for the business.

  • Conducted user interviews at both in-house and client locations, gathering and analyzing requirements to deliver the BRD and FRD.
