• Working on annual reviews, which include a detailed analysis of the property, reviewing the valuation approach, preparing the ATP of the property, and assigning a rating based on the overall performance of the property.
• Analyzing and interpreting property performance through financial statements, which would include a review of various financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement, cash flows, and statement of changes in equity.
• Trained and working on generating the risk ratings for commercial real estate properties (retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and hotels) by doing an in-depth analysis of their financial documents.

• Working on Guarantor Assessment on a quarterly basis, which involves reviewing financial statements like PTR, BTR, tax returns, cash flows, etc. Of individual and corporate guarantors, assessing their ability to pay against their debt obligations, and framing a detailed memo concluding their cash flows, net worth, and liquidity.
• Worked on an ad hoc project, such as Appraisal Cleanup and Covenant remediation.
• Identify potential issues contained within loan documentation, and coordinate with portfolio managers to address and resolve the issues.
• Engaging with the client on a call regarding the queries and case-specific discussion.

Supported a US-based client and handled their commercial real estate portfolio.

• Prepared the template for each CRE (Commercial Real Estate) loan and performing a quarterly review from various sources, like the loan agreement, appraisal document, RCA, income statement, rent roll, and guarantor's financials.
• Spreading the financials of mortgaged properties and borrowers in a standard format and ratio analysis.
• Analysis of small balances (FNMA loans).
• Conduct covenant testing for property financials and guarantor financials, as per the loan agreement.
• Prepared detailed financial models and analyses to make quantitative and qualitative research efficient.
