FollowMyHealth is a portal where patients access their medical records, historical, and current and as technical support we help maintain the records and assist with any technical issues.
This includes making sure the Interface services are running, data flow is uninterrupted.
Troubleshooting issues faced by hospitals/clinics related to the FollowMyHealth patient portal.
• Ensuring smooth flow of medical information from clinical application into the portal.
• Working on the clients SQL database to retrieve and correct data.
• Working in tandem with the EHR and PM application.
•Restarting FMH interface services, installing and disabling the interface services.
Reviewing error/event logs and proactive interface monitoring.
•Analyze client reported issues and resolve problems by doing complete research.
