- Marking the occasion of world disability day, the Moonray craft collective and the Jai Vakeel Foundation come together with an aligned vision for inclusion:
- Inspired by the resilience and happiness of the Jai Vakeel children, Avantika felt a strong desire to amplify the message of inclusion
- As a result, she began illustrating and creating narratives inspired by them, resulting in unique ‘moonchildren’ that serve as a thoughtful reminder to spotlight abilities rather than disabilities.

- Jai Vaikeel was able to raise funds amounting to US$ 150,000 earmarked for construction of new rehabilitation center

- ACE (All Care for Everyone) is a certified NGO and has raised funds to educate over 200 children annually through the SSRVM School in Dharavi and the Art of Living Gift a Smile Foundation

- Created ABC the Ace Book Club a mobile library to serve under privilege schools in Mumbai,iInspired by the innate nature of the spirit to view each being as equal, the vision at ACE is to serve youth communities by discovering, innovating, and working together as equal opportunities for education of the spirit, mind, and body, hence holistically working towards equality within society
- Avantika drove the crowd funding and setup donation drives for old books and curated the same
- The library has more than 7,000 books for all age groups

- The Raincoat Project was started by Avantika
- On the day of the cyclone in Mumbai (3rd June 2020), it occurred to her that while we are safe in our homes, many children were miserable and scared in the rain, especially in the slums with no proper protection gear and no proper housing
- Avantika really wanted to do something and that’s how the idea of making and gifting joy-filled raincoats came about!
- Avantika designed raincoats with thoughts of universal love and positivity for these children and for everyone! Before they knew it, a lot of her friends from Bombay International School as well as all over the world were on board with this plan and a drive was started to raise funds, to make and distribute as many raincoats as possible
- With a sustainable approach to design, these raincoats have been made with recycled polytetrafluoroethylene of 200 grams per square metre
- Impact
- ACE raised funds, manufactured and distributed 9,100 high quality raincoats to over a 100 slum areas across Maharashtra, Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh.
