I was the key person to transition the first phase of the process and settling down the same without escalation.
  • REDUCING THE NUMBER OF HOLD INVOICES: Since the News Limited was a new client off shored their invoice and employee claims process to Infosys, the cases of putting and & claim on hold increase drastically in the very beginning of the process set up. I took the ownership and suggested to run a project to solve the problem of keeping an invoice and claim on hold.
