New Product Implementation from TIGERS to Insurity Bridge

Client- Great American Insurance Group (GAIG)

Worked as a P&C Business Analyst on Bridge Connect Environment on Cargo Standard and Freight Forwarder Products for Great American Insurance Group. Delivered Requirement Documents like BRD/FRD, Data Dictionary, Wireframes, Use Cases etc. to the Development Team and co-ordinate with them for any development related queries as per the sprints. Conducted AS-IS and TO-BE Analysis, Gap Analysis and suggested business Solutions by designing a Change Strategy, also use techniques such as SMART rule for determining the Future State. I played a pivotal role in the Verification and Validation of requirements to guarantee the delivery of business value. This involved conducting various Reviews and Workshops with clients, particularly for new product development and implementation initiatives. Through these engagements, I ensured that the proposed solutions met the clients' needs and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
