In my current capacity as the leader of the Growth Vertical at Xoriant, I hold a pivotal strategic role responsible for orchestrating a diverse and complex portfolio of business units. My mandate encompasses the end-to-end ownership of engineering, delivery, and account growth across a broad spectrum of industries, including Professional Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare & Lifesciences, Product Engineering, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), and Energy & Utilities. This wide-ranging scope requires a highly agile leadership approach, necessitating the ability to pivot between the regulatory rigor of healthcare, the supply chain complexities of manufacturing, and the consumer-centric velocity of retail.

Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management
The core of my responsibility lies in driving the "Growth" agenda. This involves not only overseeing current engagements but actively identifying opportunities to scale existing accounts and drive digital transformation.

Cross-Industry Synergies: I champion the cross-pollination of ideas and technologies across verticals. For example, applying retail-based data analytics strategies to improve patient engagement in healthcare, or utilizing manufacturing-grade IoT concepts to optimize energy utility grids.

Client Partnership: I act as the executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring that we move beyond the role of a vendor to become a strategic product development partner. This involves aligning our engineering roadmaps with the customers' long-term business goals.

Engineering Excellence & Product Delivery
Leading large, distributed engineering teams is the engine of this vertical. My focus is on enabling these teams to build top-class, market-ready products.

Delivery Governance: I have established robust governance frameworks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. This includes standardizing Agile methodologies and Dev/Sec/AIOps practices across the distinct industry verticals to increase deployment velocity and code quality.

Product Mindset: I am actively shifting the culture from "service delivery" to "product engineering." This entails empowering teams to take ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation and architecture to deployment and sustainment, ensuring the end solutions are robust, scalable, and user-centric.

Team Enablement & Operational Scale
With a mandate to lead large teams, people management and operational efficiency are paramount.
