• Maintaining and daily updating of all ISO documents, such as production logbooks, maintenance books, etc. Also, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs from R&D for new and critical batches.
• Maintaining soft water hardness to ensure the correct quality of paint by periodic backwashing, regeneration of soft water beds, and maintaining records for the same.

• Studied various production and packaging processes of water-based, solvent-based, protective coatings, construction chemicals, wood coatings, resins, etc.
• Data analysis of gray areas of processes, and implementing improvement activities through the use of various improvement tools, along with cross-functional department coordination.
• New machinery installation, like the weigh metric bulk filling machine, and subsequent training of the same to all staff members.
• Successful completion of cost-saving projects, like stock variance and dead FG stock salvation.
• Preparation of the plant presentation in lieu of productivity, SPC, SFC, etc., for manufacturing meetings at corporate.
• Safety and quality training for all unskilled manpower on various improvement projects carried out.

Testing activities of daily ETP water samples, such as MLSS, COD, BOD, TDS, TSS, etc., and reporting accordingly.
