• Oversaw EBIDTA journey of the company from -50% to -5% from delivery hub operations standpoint.
• Actively involved in GMV growth of organization from INR 50 Cr to 600 Cr / month within period of 30 months. Design solutions were devised for increasing assortment from 2500 to 10000+.
• Devised capacity enhancement solutions which helped in improving capacity of dark store spaces (grocery) by 45%.
• Developed packaging solutions for delivery to consumers which helped reduce cost per order by 50%.

• Leading AMXL / Heavy and Bulky Fulfillment Center (FC) operations for West zone (West region consists of 5 FCs- 3 in Mumbai, 1 in Ahmedabad and 1 in Pune). Annual Gross Merchandize Sales for region was approximately INR 1113 Cr.
• Developed network design strategy based on business inputs for region.
• Lead teams across west region to develop innovative process solutions in order to improve productivity and safety metrics for FCs.
• Lead planning and execution of seasonal peak events for 3 years for facilities in West region of AMXL network.
• Lead 7 programs on Cost, Quality and Speed for the network.

Accomplishments

• Devised capacity enhancement solutions which helped in improving capacity of facilities holding white goods by 16.2%.
• Expansion of delivery network from 285 pin-codes to over 600 pin-codes in respective region.
• Devised resource deployment models which help organizations to scale operations through different phases of launches- Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing and Adjourning.
• Set mechanisms to reduce DPMO in warehouse inventory discrepancies from 5300 to 0.

• Tracking of Yield performance of 23 Contract manufacturing and 3 own facilities (Business size~ INR 2700 Cr) for Biscuits Category (Foods Business Division) and strategizing projects in order to improve yield deliveries in aforementioned manufacturing facilities.
• Driving business cost saving programs (annual returns~ INR 50 Cr) and coordinating with cross functional teams to deliver final results on programs.
• Setting up of operational metric benchmarks against Indian Market competitors.
• Liaising with operations teams to roll out process excellence programs- Kaizen implementation, imbibition of TPM/ TQM culture on manufacturing shop floor.

Accomplishments

• Led programs which helped in improving manufacturing yield of biscuits from 93% to 97%.
• Strategized and executed Kaizen to improve Giveaway (Overweight packaging) of Marie Biscuits (Laminate Hard Dough cookies) from 3.2% to below 2 % (Potential annualized saving of INR 184.3 Cr).
• Devised framework for benchmarking cost metrics, such as, human resource allocation for production, utility costs, production losses.
• Was member of launch team of first luxury (indulgent/ mid price) brands of commercial Biscuits (Chocomeltz and Biscotti) in India.
