1. Yard Moving Machine wireless communication establishment and avg troubleshooting time reduction by approx 20%.
2. Wagon Tippler Tippling time reduction from 4min 30 sec to 3 min 20 Sec per wagon.
3. One Wagon Tippler existing 110 V AC PLC replaced with 24V DC PLC and recommissioned within 6 days.
4. Barrel Reclaimer Manless operation ( under progress )
5. Barrel Reclaimer PLC upgraded in 48 Hours.
6. Hydraulic system controlled Spider card replaced with existing PLC signals , saving 10 - 20 lakhs per equipment.
7. Conveyor Hydraulic power pack commissioned in 24 Hours.
