- Responsible for maintaining overall process excellence by ensuring that the monthly KPI and SLA are met thereby improving the process performance.
- Preparing monthly operational dashboard for leadership and conducting weekly meeting with the leadership team for the performance analysis and improvement needs.
- Preparing daily work allocation to ensure zero backlogs.
- Monitoring calls of the team members and providing them feedback with coaching and sending documents.
- Sample auditing accounts and giving relevant feedback.
- Conducting Training sessions as/if required.
- Conducting weekly/monthly meetings to focus on targets and appreciate achievements.
