Operations Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 120 staff members, including 4 security personnel and a Team Leader (TL), ensuring smooth workflow and high operational standards.
  • Route Planning & Vehicle Loading: Plan daily routes in advance and ensure on-time vehicle loading to meet delivery schedules.
  • Manpower Planning: Ensure proper allocation of resources, maintaining adequate manpower to run routes efficiently and meet operational demands.
  • Load ability & Vehicle Deployment: Optimize vehicle load ability and oversee the daily deployment of vehicles to ensure efficient and timely transportation.
  • Vehicle Maintenance & Service Coordination: Create and monitor vehicle maintenance schedules. Maintain strong relationships with authorized service centers to ensure timely service and payments.
