Role: Offshore Lead SCM Consultant, Implementer, and Integration Supervisor.

Duration: 12 months (offshore) – June 2024 to present.

The client is implementing Fusion (R13) Supply Chain Execution modules, along with functional configurations and setup, preparation of the solution design document, and user manual.

Responsibilities and key deliverables:

• Led cloud implementation activities, including requirement gathering, designing, and development of AS IS and TO BE documents.
• Prepared Data Conversion Requirements and Strategy document, which included requirements, scope, objectives, and strategy for the Oracle Cloud implementation conversion effort.
• Successfully implemented Manufacturing Cloud, Quality Management, Costing, Inventory Management, and Product Management modules, and also supported in Order Management and Procurement Cloud.
• Assigning all business user roles required for the above modules to the instance.
• Giving a client demo for multiple phases of the project and gathering requirements.
• Successfully created fusion collaterals, which include test scripts, questionnaires, and configuration workbooks.
• Created cloud data conversion templates like CV 010 (Data Conversion Requirement and Strategy), CV 035 (Manual Conversion Procedure), CV 040 (Conversion Program Design), and CV 065 (Conversion Validation).
• Possesses strong work execution capabilities and brings in a diverse solution with the required technical skills for custom development to deliver an all-rounded ERP solution.
• Worked on all Redwood features and enabled the features across modules.
• Design and develop multiple integration documents and scenarios, testing and developing report documents for integration.
• Worked on the data quality audit. It helped customers measure the quality of master data based on agreed industry standards and then call out deviations and suggest measures to rectify them.

Projects with Ipswich City Council (June 2023 to February 2024)

Role: SCM Associate Consultant.

Duration: 9 months (offshore) – June 2023 to February 2024.

Implemented Fusion (R13) Supply Chain Execution modules with functional configurations and setup.

Responsibilities and key deliverables:

• Configuration and modification of approval processes in business process management.
• Coordinating with other team members for quick issue resolutions.
• Implementation of end-to-end setups for maintenance and inventory modules in Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Execution.
• Maintaining proper documentation and day-to-day solutions for clients.
• Giving a client demo for multiple phases of the project, and gathering requirements for multiple integrations.
• Develop report documents for integration.
• Collection and storage of all data for day-to-day analysis and performing fit-gap analysis for clients’ requirements.

The client is a leading technical products innovator and production company operating out of the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities and key deliverables:

• Implementation of end-to-end setups for manufacturing and inventory modules in Fusion Cloud.
• Resolving daily tickets on SCM, PO, Quality, WIP, Inventory, Maintenance, and PDH modules.
• From manufacturing cloud to IoT PM for seamless tracking of each machine on the shop floor with connected IoT devices.

Projects with ASTEC Industries (October 2021 to September 2022)

Role: SCM Associate Consultant

Duration: 12 months (offshore) – October 2021 to September 2022.

Implemented Fusion (R13) Supply Chain Execution modules with functional configurations and setup.

Responsibilities and key deliverables:

• Configuration and modification of approval processes in business process management.
• Implementation of end-to-end setups for manufacturing and inventory modules in Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Execution.

Role: SCM & IoT Functional Consultant; Duration: 7 months (Offshore) – December 2020.

The project involved the enhancement of the existing IoT system, functional configurations and setup, and the preparation of a manufacturing cloud module to integrate and develop a solution.

Responsibilities and key deliverables:

• Configuration of IoT UI with all connected IoT devices and sensors, along with their configuration, and deployment of device models with all required measuring KPIs.
• Configuration and setup of IoT Production Monitoring cloud, with all required features and actions.
• Connection of IoT sensors with IoT production monitoring cloud and configured real-time monitoring for the functioning of the machines on the shop floor.
• Configuration of analytics features like Predictions, Anomalies, and Trend Analysis, etc.
• Integrating manufacturing cloud with IoT production monitoring for real-time tracking of machines, with real-time tracking provided by the sensor devices for each machine.
• Seamless flow of work orders from the manufacturing cloud to IoT PM helps to track real-time functioning for each machine.
• Maintaining proper documentation and day-to-day solutions for clients.
