1. To receive the spare requirement from the immediate supervisor.

2. Collect and carry the required material from the stores.

3. To pack the spares in a neat manner.

4. Contact the courier person, hand over the packed material to them, and get the courier receipt.

5. To pack the 1% FOC export spare parts and keep them in the BSR area.

6. To pack the CKD and SKD export spare parts and keep them in the BSR area.

7. Involved in monthly PSV activity at the spare area.

8. To coordinate with the door foaming team for door availability. Arrange door raw material for non-running models for door production. Collect doors from the door foaming area and pack them for service purposes.

9. Arranging logistics packing boxes location wise handed over to BSR team.

10. Take care about the accurate dispatch of spare parts.

11. Handle service, spares, bar code printing software.

12. Understand the SAP T-codes relevant to work.
