SharePoint Migration

• Currently scheduling and managing Migration to SPO from files located in File Shares and Teamspace using Fastrack Portal and ShareGate.
• Extended support to re-design using WebParts and preserve data with the help of Dossiers.

Swiss Fund Calculator

• The form was designed to enter a standard Fund portfolio form in a clean and easy to understand interface in 3 Languages - German, French and Italian.
• The WebPart solution was developed using SPFx and automated approvals and PDF generation was done with the help of Power Automate.
• Contribution: Developed and deployed site pages using SPFx, Send PDF attached email for approval via Power Automate.

Hiring Approval Portal

• HAP is an SPFx project to build a porta for the managers to manage the intake of new employees.
• This consists of a Dashboard, archive area, export area, open task etc developed using SPFx and email notification for review done with Power Automate.
• Contribution: Send Notification and data update via Power Automate, Evaluated POC using Power BI for the dashboards.

Health and Safety Forms

• H&S Forms was a project in which medical equipment data was reviewed in a SPO site.
• Form Customizer Solution developed using SPFx and notification emails triggered using Power Automate
• Contribution : Performed POC for forms with Power Apps and POC regarding Submit form via email using Power Automate.

• Joined as a Technical Analyst supporting Allianz Technology India and Allianz Services India employees. Assisted with technical queries, technical break and fix issues and incident management.
• Operations Management Experience: Learned and Worked on Incident Management, Queue management, monthly reports and Analysis.
• Process Trainer Experience:
  Conducted process training and multiple technical refresher sessions for the new joiners and existing team members, and regularly updated Knowledge Base articles to improve workflows.
  Delivered Organization Wide Training on SPO DMS along with SharePoint Leads .

• Handled all the voice process queues in McAfee such as APAC, EMEA and NA.
• After one year, Got promoted to work in Secure Home Platform team which is partnered with various internet service and router providers.
• This also involved working with reports, handling escalation call scenarios.
• Guided 11 new hire batches while acting as an intermediary Trainer and SME in addition to helping colleagues in troubleshooting.
