Reviewing and/or recording journal entries which include Cap call/Investment, Distributions received, Fee accruals on a daily basis

Added as one of the agents for Hamilton Lane in-house application 'Freshdesk' to address the queries or any possible edits for the journals booked in ILevel
Working on the Data related Issues sent in by HL and IHS clients and providing RCA & Action Plan on monthly basis for transparency on Cashflows, PCAP
Providing support emails to Investors on timely basis for the transactions in ILevel to ensure nothing is missed in cracks and confirming the notes are reached to both the parties for accuracy of data
Importing and applying FX rates for BCIMC and Northwestern clients and reconciling the data with appropriate Fund Currencies
Working closely with clients for all project related operations, and also ensuring all client related and onshore project related new transitions queries and updates to be done professional in manner
Updating Entry and Processing notes received from the clients and ensuring them they're client\Fund specific and integrating them into SQL tables for smooth functioning of business
Maintaining effective communication with Fund reviewers
Identifying and escalating any material issues effecting service delivery
Awarded and promoted as a Data analyst
Client appreciations for the good work and consistency even in the peak business volume days
