Over the past 35 months serving as a Team Leader in a Business Process Outsourcing environment, I have gained invaluable experience and encountered numerous challenges that have contributed significantly to my professional growth. This role has been both demanding and rewarding, allowing me to develop a diverse skill set and cultivate leadership qualities. One of the key aspects of my role has been leading and managing a team of talented individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. Experience As Customer Care Executive

Key responsibilities: Receiving calls from customers, suggesting appropriate products such as Laptops, Desktops, All in Ones, Work stations, Smartphones and Tablets as per their configuration requirements and use of the product. Convince the customers to purchase online. Guide the customers on online transaction. Make follow-up calls to the customers and business partners to know the purchase status of the products.

Key responsibilities: Taking escalation calls and giving maximum satisfaction to the customers by providing what the assurance is made on the call. Maintain the floor in the absence of supervisors, Escalate mails to the higher authority if necessary. Coordinating with clients, business partners, suppliers and NDSL (E-commerce Management Team). Preparing required reports (SMB, SCR, and Zone Wise).
