3. Generative AI Integration:

• Pioneered the adoption of generative AI tools for content and media production, gaining proficiency in platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, DALL-E, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and Canva.
• Championed the development of an in-house AI tool for audio generation, collaborating with ElevenLabs to refine features and enhance usability.
• Trained team members on generative AI tools, fostering company-wide discussions on their integration into workflows.

4. Leadership & Team Collaboration:

• Managed and mentored teams of writers, and sound engineers for both domestic and international projects as well as new producers in their early stages.
• Played a key role in developing a review system for external creators and onboarding new talent, including scriptwriters and voiceover artists.

• Produced Dragon’s Shadow, a flagship show with over 1 million listens and ₹5M in lifetime revenue, making it one of KukuFM’s all-time hits.
• Launched KukuTV’s first English-dubbed show and contributed to KukuFM’s entry into Apple Podcasts, creating a specialized set of shows for the platform.
• Played an integral role in cross-department collaboration, offering insights to product, tech, and analytics teams to improve workflows and product quality.

• Supervised and streamlined end-to-end 2-5 email communication campaigns for all the clients, based on the requirement, right from creation to delivery
