- Team Lead: (Lab Process) Joined Bright Drive as Team Lead and worked for 1 year, use to provide the Analytic reports of the project requirement. Weekly KPI and allocation to AR team for the resolution of 90+ AR and the denials management, identifying trends to betterment of process. Worked with US Management and handled 4 projects with complete end to end RCM team like Demo, Charges, Payment and AR follow-up.
- SR Team Lead: (ABA and Internal Medicine) Joined Clapion Software Technology as SR Team Lead and worked for 1 year 2 months, use to provide the Analytic reports of the project requirement.
