My poem on www.Poemhunter.com was shortlisted for the 49th position in an international poetry competition. Worked as a volunteer for a registered NGO named MEDIA MATTERS for more than a year. Worked with a group funded by the UNFPA (UNITED NATION POPULATION FUND) to research, prepare and present an experimental drama on the issue of female foeticide. We performed this play at various venues in Mumbai and its suburbs, including the NCPA. Have experience working with the college Theatre group. Have participated and won the first prize in the intercollegiate play reading competition held at KC College, Churchgate. Have participated in inter-collegiate soliloquy and intra-collegiate drama competitions; have also been a participant in experimental theatre workshops. Have attended a six-day Participatory Theatre workshop. Have participated in various intra-collegiate debate competitions. Have attended a six-day workshop for creative Indian English writing. Have attended a workshop on gender sensitization. Attended a workshop named 'KAIZEN' (quality improvement).
