Task Undertaken

• Performing Supply Chain functions for Reconnect, Disney - Reconnect & BPL Brand involving managing Suppliers and Procuring Product and Spares to ensure that operations are running smoothly in a cost efficient way for Import.
• Assist in the approval process during pre-Production, Product specification evaluation & Product compliance.
• Collaborated with vendors to verify service-level performance and influence supplier manufacturing processes, technology decision-making and customer service policies.
• Finalising BOM and Specification of product before production and ensure same delivered during Final production.
• Managed cross-functional teams to commercialize new products and drive improvements from analysing QA team Reports & testing standards.
• Following Emerging technology, consumer, and societal trends for prospective product enhancement or expansion.
• Prepare BOM cost study for assisting in order to optimize purchase cost & cost saving analysis.
• Identifying Potential vendor for managing a high performance supplier base for Sourcing new products as per Business Requirement.
• Placing PO to concern supplier on agrees business Terms and Condition.
• Established, initiated and optimized business development strategies based on company targets, product specifications, market data and budget factors.

Key Achievement.

• Launched more than 40 SKUs in a year for Disney x Reconnect Brand during Covid'19 Pandemic.
• Reduce the Import dependency on Personal Audio category to 75% by introducing Local / Made in India Products & Vendors .
