  • Handling HAZ shipment till approval from carrier to pre alert
  • Update billing in system and provide debit note to customer well in advance
  • Taking follow up with customer for payment activity to cash flow of fund within organization
  • Continuously co-ordinate within team to avoid over and miss communication
  • Maintain issue logs for accounts handled and ensuring all issues are attended and responded to timely with proper documented evidence
  • Timely sending pre alert to destination
  • Can Handle Export shipment any port of India from Mumbai
  • Taking appointments from nomination customer to try and convert them in to free hand customer.
  • Supervised day-to-day operations to meet performance, quality and service expectations
