• Co-ordinating with hub branches for audit compliance as per policy within set timelines and ensuring adherence to process as per policy
• Timely dispatch of files for concurrent audit analysis
• Ensuring regular payments and renewal of loans without default and maintain high customer relationship with the bank for long-term Checking the KYC & Customer Profile for loan Eligibility
• Disburse the Gold loan within TAT
• Files dispatched to central office within TAT maintaining proper records Operating System- Finacle, Castile, LMS and Fine One.

• Disbursing the home loan file with Zero Discrepancy
• Part Disbursement, Repayment instruments, customer copies and Files dispatched to central office within TAT maintaining proper records
• Keeping records of file and dockets inward and outward from RAC
• Creation of Equitable mortgage and dispatched Notice of Intimation to clients
• Checking Part Disbursal Documents and sending for disbursement
• Pre EMI presentation and reconciliation on cycle date
• Maintaining PDD tracker & every week
• Maintaining BT tracker & send data to agency on daily basis
• Preparing Nach Mandate MIS & Doing follow up with channel partner (max life insurance & Tata AIG).
