Bajaj Mall (Online Platform of Bajaj Finance)
- To manage the digital channel of Bajaj Finance for TW, Car, and LSF businesses, and to get the maximum order output from them.
To formulate and refine the journeys of Bajaj Mall, and get maximum throughput.
To prepare BRDs, close discussions with IT, write Test Cases, sign off on UAT (User Acceptance Testing), conduct Biz UAT, and perform production testing.
- Keep track of the stability of the platform, the downtime of the platform, and do benchmarking with similar platforms.
Work toward improving the funnel ratio, and get the maximum out of contribution and attribution.
To work towards the betterment of the UI/UX of the platform by having a customer-first approach.
- To get the creatives formulated for display on the Bajaj Mall.
Work with OEM and sales teams to generate offers that will help boost traffic on the platform.
- To coordinate on the developments on the platform by discussing with the IT, Legal, Sales, Compliance, Analytics, and Service teams.
To work on the overall stability of the platform by tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on an hourly basis. Work towards merchandising on the platform to keep up with the maximum on-field coverage.
Data Analytics, Power BI, and ARU.
- Leading the data team to identify the target audience according to business requirements by applying analytics, and making and enhancing data models.
- Creating Power BI dashboards for all business functions, as per requirements and KPI monitoring.
- Working towards the identification of dashboards that would be good for dealers, sales teams.
- To activate the dormant customers by performance marketing on various channels like app notifications, SMS, email, and social media channels.
To get the creatives formulated for display on the app, sent to customers.
To get the texts formulated to be sent to the customer via the mobile app, in SMS, or in email.
- To perform stock campaigns, offer campaigns, awareness campaigns, and new launch campaigns.
Work towards improving CTR (Click-Through Rate) to bring in more customers on board. Work with OEM/Sales to generate offers that will help boost traffic on the platform.
Work towards improving the customer connection base by creating fine segments and performing DOEs on them. To apply analytics models and choose customers with a high propensity for conversion.
