  • Revenue Analysis – Responsible for performing revenue analysis, any dips and ups in revenue must be backed up by reasons for the change in the revenue metric.
  • Usually, the process involves deep dive across geography, product, user behavior and bonus consumption pattern etc.
  • Acquisition Strategy – Based on cumulative player value and customer acquisition cost, we identified states and channel where the revenue per user were highest and then based on the analysis, we do decisions on our acquisition spends.
  • Working closely with Performance Marketing & Retention teams to drive acquisitions and campaign effectiveness.
  • Successfully created a model around the payback period analysis which helped the marketing team to optimize their spending based on the inputs received from the analysis.
  • Player Balance Anomalies- Recognize errors in the transaction system which cause us loss.
