Performed manual testing on the product “Simplia”-a service provider-customer friendly platform, in order to find and report defects and requirements, and to discuss those with the internal team and developers as promptly as possible so they can be fixed. Also, monitored the servers' status for ensuring uninterrupted flow of production and services.
