Responsibilities:

• Working with Batch Scheduler in Production and Testing environments.
• Handling day-to-day tasks related to Financial Batch cycles to ensure continuity of business services.
• Executing numerous job requests in both Production and Testing Environments.
• Providing well support for disaster recovery activities.
• Dealing with financial batch issues as the first contact person and managing incoming queries to adhere to SLAs.
• Training and supporting new team members, maintaining a culture of collaboration. Providing tuning, troubleshooting, and analysis to improve environment performance
• Improving customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively addressing inquiries and complaints.
• Evaluating existing procedures and making proactive adjustments to meet changing demands.

• Working with Control-M scheduler in Mainframe and UNIX environments
• Day-to-day administration of Control-M/EM Server and its components, production batch schedules, and ensuring continuity of business services
• Creating and scheduling jobs on Control-M tool in both Distributed and Mainframe Environments (Test and Production)
• Providing support for disaster recovery activities
• Facilitating installation processes to deliver project requirements on time
• Evaluating existing procedures and making proactive adjustments to meet changing demands
