· Execute ERN and perform stock balancing.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMO, Design, ME, Store, Production, Quality QAD).

· Monitoring & physically check all aggregate on shop floor such as Engine, gearbox, rear Axle for Change any Serial number for new implementation.

· Circulate implementation plan for any project implementation and new product and parts trail

· Tracking the project (FSC, Cost saving and new development) and issue till initiation, execution and implementation on line as well in system.

· RFQ & manufacturing readiness for New Product Introduce (NPI) as per process.

· CRDI model Facilities readiness for production build.

· Experience in installing new machine or equipment’s on Assembly line.

· Experience in Low Cost Automation.

· Responsible for tool management establishment. Fixture, Gauge develop and Validation.

· Handling process activities working out various requirements w.r.t. planning, layout, facilities, machine/equipment & documentations.

· BOM error Project design confirmation, comparison between BOM and actual part.

· Line Side storage plan and Kitting implementation.

· Facility identification, planning and monitoring.

· Knowledge of Oracle (RMGP & Move Order, Purchase Request (PR) Capex requisition (CER).

· Provided Storage location for more than 1000 parts for new product.

• Repaired and serviced air conditioning engine cooling.

• Installed and replaced accessories including headlight, radios, side and rear-view mirror and windshield wiper.
