Overview- Working as a Lead Business Analysts for HSBC BANK for SFE ecare project.The solution if for Staff front end agents who resolved customers account lock related issues.This application(eCare) is used by Customer care agents to resolve customer query like Account lock,suspend account and other security relates issues faced by customer of HSBC.

• Built library of models and reusable knowledge-base assets to produce consistent and streamlined business intelligence results.

This solution is Golden source for multiple Application in BNP for Contacts,Roles,Permission data. This system also supports creation of FX Cash, Options Profile and their setup as per contact so that they perform FX trading on multiple BNP platforms. This solution also provide multiple integration with different systems on which contact need to be enabled for trading using Camunda BPM Process.
• BA Responsibility for defining the business requirements and product scope for different releases.
• Creating User stories,FRD and other documents as per Sprint Plan.
• Worked on Client Enablement project which works on enabling contacts for trading on different trading platform. FX Cash,FX Option,Swap,Spot,Forward,NDF etc. profiles need to setup for the contacts to enable them on various trading platforms.
• Worked on Camunda BPM tool for integrating multiple workflows in system.
• Review Test Cases from testing team for coverage & accuracy and augmenting them with additional business scenarios; validating the implantation against key business scenarios.

Fleet Central Billing is the centralized Web Based billing solution for Ford Motor Company. The solution is focused towards the Quality Fleet Care for the Ford’s customers who are the fleets and helps them with the credit, monthly billings of their vehicles, CRM, Reporting, Promotions, Program Support and many other features. Additionally, the solution also keeps the records for the Dealers who perform the vehicle repair which actually sends over the repair details by means of daily feeds to the Fleet Central Billing system, which eventually helps in building up the invoices for the Fleets. Basically, the program provides cost and time savings by consolidating multiple dealer repair or part purchase orders into a single invoice to a fleet customer. It also has extensive ETL functionality.

• Collaborated with scientific, engineering, and technical personnel to resolve testing problems and system malfunctions.
