- Presented the client with solutions to standardize the structure of the functional hierarchy for non-critical functional locations.
- Rebuilding PM plans to accommodate a maintenance strategy change across the facility by modifying maintenance plans, items, objects, and operations to suit the new strategy. Built new maintenance plans, along with maintenance items, task lists, object lists, and linkage, as well as scheduling the plan in SAP PM. - Performed consequence analysis by assigning the Main Function and Sub Function for various equipment, such as Trace Heating Cables, Fire and Gas Field Instruments, and main equipment, etc. by referring to P&IDS, D&ID, C&E diagrams, Isometrics, SLDs and Schematics etc. and assigning criticality based on HSE, production, and cost.
- Gained familiarity with various facilities, like the LNG plant, refinery, heating and power plant, etc. while working on rectifying more than a million identified gaps in consequence and containment analysis.
- Worked on building a Technical Tag Hierarchy for Mobile Offshore Drilling Units for diverse systems, including hoisting and lifting equipment, HPUs, drill floor tubing handling equipment, crown block assembly, etc. Performed a GAP analysis to figure out system differences between various MODUs. Created tags that were missing from the client's database based on P&IDs, IOM manuals, etc. By taking reference to the Engineering Numbering System. Performed QA/QC to maintain excellent quality of all deliverables.
- Worked on BOM building, along with material creation and obsolescence identification for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical disciplines by using the Client EDMS and CMMS systems to obtain tag-specific data and documents, and the Material Management system to find material-specific data, helping in BOM building and material creation. Took up the challenge to clean up and optimize Client's Material register by identifying and removing Material Duplicates.
