Principal Engineer (Agent Assist) (Jun22 - current)

• Launched on 4 clients and 10+ in sales pipeline, building product from scratch with no prior experience in ML/Telephony systems.
• Sole developer for first 6 months, built entire suite for market validation. Currently leading team of 5.
• Built ML backend for search and recommendation systems, chat bot and Media Streaming.
• Built visibility systems, alerts, and dashboards - setting up processes across team to stabilise platform.

Team Lead (Contact Center QA) (Nov21 - Jun22)

• Lead pod, scaling it from 3 to 10 member team, building 6 prominent features in 6 months time.
• Closely worked with product and design teams to shape product.

Sr. Backend Engineer (Apr21 - Oct21)

• Built foundational pieces for integration suite, data ingestion pipelines and Contact Center QA.

• Architectured and developed Django based service to automate business flows, getting it on production for 4 clients.
• Was responsible for deployments and end-to-end functioning of micro-services on 3 clients.
• Introduced containerisation as a standard, creating production level Docker images for all micro-services and setting up deployment process using AWS Fargate.
• Created EFK logging stack for product development environment.

• Developed simulation codes and model to identify dead spaces in scrubbing tower increasing efficiency by 11.6%.
