• Domain Controller Hardware :Customized hardware developed by NXP based on IMX8QM that can be used as the test and demonstrator platform for domain controllers of the future. The domain controller platform is an in-house platform to integrate new innovative communication technologies in the area of 5G, Artificial Intelligence. and vehicle interfaces like CAN, LIN, UART, Automotive Ethernet, etc. It also supports Wifi, bluetooth, and hotspot peripherals.
• Develop an application to establish connection between Laptop/RPI and Mobile phone over Wi-Fi/Hotspot. Integrate PCAN tool driver with Laptop/RPI to transmit and receive the data from the Car. RPI board will receive data from the mobile phone and it will send it to the PCAN USB tool. PCAN USB tool will send the data to the car through wired connection. Communication between RPI and mobile phone application will be establish using Network Communication. Mobile Phone will send signal for turning on/off feature to Raspberry Pi and it will forward response to Parallel Switch. Based on response switch will turnon/off feature in the car.
