• Container Utilization: Worked on improving import container utilization year over year, optimizing supply chain costs in collaboration with MLM, IRP, and Finance teams. Developed a framework to visualize utilization trends and identify opportunity programs to optimize replenishment constraints.
• Domestic Trailer Utilization: Worked on improving domestic trailer utilization annually, collaborating with MLM, IRP, and TMS Optimization teams. Created a framework to track trends and identify optimization opportunities for replenishment constraints.
• Pallet Positioning: Designed parameter and strategy files using JDA's Transportation Modeling tool to optimize pallet positioning.
• Trailer Detention Dashboard: Created a dashboard to track trailer detention times, eliminating the need for manual verification by distribution center (DC) partners.
• IDC & TDC Forecasting: Took ownership of IDC and TDC forecasts, improving IDC lag 1 forecast accuracy by 22 percentage points, which was previously at ~52%.
• Capacity Planning: Provided capacity insights for new product introductions and flow changes, ensuring efficient space utilization in the network.
• Vendor & Product Group Profiling Dashboard: Created a dashboard to analyze on-time, early, and late arrivals for vendors and product groups, improving visibility into supply chain performance.
• Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Forecasting: Used operational insights from finance and historical data to estimate the expected throughput cube for IDC and TDC over the year.

Work with client to analyse existing business processes and logic that impact inventory through personal observation and user interaction.

• Assist and develop inventory control systems to ensure inventory discipline and accuracy, maintain the inventory as per ABC analysis recommendations.

• Calculate and publish slow moving and obsolete inventoryas needed.
