• Carried out feasibility study of 'Automation of manually generated 6P analysis report' to reduce lead time from over 2 months to few days.
  
• Led team responsible for analyzing various aspects (referred to as "P's") within a framework of six P's. This involved identifying and verifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for each P by examining sample reports. Focus was on identifying commonalities, discrepancies, and devising a strategy for automating the analysis process.
