  • Built a classifier model to categorize customer feedback on various Google apps. Used the Bert model to vectorize text, implemented data cleansing, and feature engineering, and trained a decision tree model that provided 95% accuracy.
  • Built a Gen AI-based chat application to assist agents in handling customer queries. It follows the RAG process, where Google documents are broken into chunks, and vectorized using LangChain. Then, a relevant chunk is retrieved for any customer's query to assist the LLM.
  • Built an API to provide ML capabilities to users. Implemented models such as logistic regression, linear regression, and time series forecasting. Users could upload any data, select an appropriate model, train it, and see its accuracy and predictions.
  • Built a statistical analysis tool that allows users to upload any raw data and obtain its descriptive statistics, hypothesis test results, correlation results, and also prepare different kinds of plots and charts for data visualization.
  • Built an agentic AI solution that acts as an all-in-one application for performance analysis, training management, and simulation. It has a main agent that analyzes the user query, identifies the intent, prepares a sequence of sub-tasks, and calls the relevant sub-agents to fulfill the user’s request.
  • Also, I built sub-agents, such as a performance analyzer and trainer. One analyses the performance data of an agent to derive insights, such as where he stands, where he is lacking, etc.; the second one analyses the training needs for him and makes recommendations.

  • Built data pipelines in Apache Airflow to pull COVID data from various public APIs and databases, such as Oracle, Postgres, etc., and dump the raw data in Snowflake. Set up a scheduler to automate this process. Also, I designed the semantic layer by joining and aggregating data for reporting purposes.
  • Built a linear regression model to predict COVID cases with 90% accuracy. The model takes the past two years of COVID data, which include the COVID-infected retail staff count in various stores, regions, etc., and predicts the case count to help understand which stores would likely shut down.
  • Helped clients increase their sales by 5%. Prepared a Python script to analyze footfall data and derive insights, such as which stores were visited by fewer customers, which region, which day, and whether any promotional campaigns were used, etc.
  • Provided technical support to the retail team. I created SQL stored procedures in the backend of a user dashboard. It allowed users to view, update, insert, or delete data in an easy manner, without having to raise a request to the support team for every activity, as was the process in the past.
  • Helped in the migration of data from one database to another. I designed, executed, and maintained data pipelines to enable the flow of data from Teradata to Snowflake.
