- Performed candidate selection based on incremental oil gain, Well failure analysis, well performance history, and flow assurance constraints; developed revival plans for failed and shut-in wells.
- Designed and implemented Power BI dashboards for intervention tracking, candidate prioritization, unit allocation, and production performance monitoring.
- Initiated and led shut-in well revival and sidetrack programs, identifying 12 sidetrack opportunities and performing economic evaluations, delivering ~250 BOPD incremental oil production.
- Delivered sustained production uplift of ~700 BOPD, enhancing asset profitability by INR 27.7 Crore at $67.5/bbl oil price.
- Conducted PROSPER modeling for Jet Pump and ESP wells to support artificial lift design, pump sizing, and change-out optimization based on operational data.
